지난 10월 19일, 엔진오일 제조사인 Shell 과 중국 Geely(지리) 자동차가 함께 하는 만찬 연출을 진행했습니다. 이번 행사는 글로벌 이벤트 에이전시인 Octagon 과 함께 진행했고 써클커넥션에서는 AV 및 조명 연출을 담당했습니다.

독특하게도, 제작과 콘텐츠, 수송을 국내에서 활동중인 다른 파트너사들이 지원하는 것이 기존 한국에서의 이벤트와는 다른 프로세스였습니다.

이번 행사에서는 영어권, 동남아시아권, 중국권 참가자가 폭 넓게 참여하여 언어문제 극복을 위해 플리토(Flitto) 의 실시간 AI 통역서비스를 통해 영어 진행에 익숙하지 않은 중화권 참가자들의 언어장벽을 낮추는 등의 노력을 진행했습니다.

On October 19th, we successfully managed the production for a dinner event hosted by engine oil manufacturer Shell and Chinese automotive company Geely. This event was executed in collaboration with the global event agency Octagon, with Circle Connection overseeing the AV and lighting production.

Uniquely, the process for this event deviated from standard Korean event procedures, as production, content creation, and logistics were handled by different partner agencies operating domestically.

The event saw broad participation from English-speaking, Southeast Asian, and Chinese delegations. To overcome language barriers, particularly for Chinese attendees less accustomed to English presentations, we utilized Flitto's real-time AI interpretation service, successfully lowering language hurdles.

去る10月19日、エンジンオイルメーカーであるShell（シェル）と中国の自動車メーカーGeely（ジーリー）が共催するディナー演出を担当しました。本イベントはグローバルイベントエージェンシーであるOctagon（オクタゴン）と共同で進行し、Circle ConnectionはAVおよび照明演出を担当しました。

ユニークな点として、制作、コンテンツ、輸送を国内で活動する他のパートナー企業がサポートするという点が、従来の韓国におけるイベントとは異なるプロセスでした。

今回のイベントには、英語圏、東南アジア圏、中華圏からの参加者が幅広く集まりました。言葉の問題を克服するため、英語での進行に慣れていない中華圏の参加者向けに、Flitto（フリット）のリアルタイムAI通訳サービスを活用するなど、言語の壁を下げるための努力を行いました。
