지난 5월 18일부터 21일까지 나흘간 서울 마포구 호텔 나루에서 개최된 제5회 Global Steel CSO Meeting의 총괄 운영 파트너로 활약하며 행사를 성공적으로 마무리 했습니다.

기후변화 대응 단체인 PIE(Pooled fund on International Energy)가 주관한 이번 국제회의는 전 세계 철강 산업의 탈탄소화와 지속 가능한 미래를 논의하는 자리로, 약 130명의 글로벌 친환경·탈탄소 분야 최고전문가들이 한자리에 모였습니다.

써클커넥션은 4일간 진행된 워크샵의 원활한 진행을 위해 행사 디자인, 영어가능 스태프 섭외, 클라이언트 커뮤니케이션 등 업무 전체를 진행하였으며 해외 소재 고객사임에도 불구 원격 회의를 통해 운영에 누수 없이 행사를 진행하였습니다.

The operational scope of Circle Connection extends far beyond standard exhibitions and events.

From May 18th to 21st, Circle Connection served as the general operating partner for the 5th Global Steel CSO Meeting held at Hotel Naru Seoul in Mapo-gu, successfully bringing the four-day event to a triumphant close. Hosted by PIE (Pooled fund on International Energy), an international climate action organization, this prestigious global conference convened approximately 130 of the world’s leading experts in eco-friendliness and decarbonization to discuss the sustainable future and decarbonization of the global steel industry.

To ensure the seamless execution of the four-day workshops, Circle Connection managed the entire scope of work, including event design, recruiting fluent English-speaking staff, and cross-border client communication. Despite the client being based overseas, we achieved zero operational gaps through proactive, high-level remote collaboration from preparation to final execution.

Circle Connectionは、4日間にわたり行われたワークショップを円滑に進行するため、イベントデザイン、英語対応スタッフのキャスティング、クライアントコミュニケーションなど、業務全般をワンストップで遂行いたしました。海外に拠点を置くクライアント企業であったにもかかわらず、リモート会議を重ねることで、運営に一切の漏れや遅滞を出すことなく、完璧にイベントを進行いたしました。
