이준석 개혁신당 대표는 한국의 지정학적 이점을 활용한 AI 데이터센터 운영 효율화 방안을 제시했습니다. 류제명 과학기술정보통신부 제2차관은 전력 공급의 안정성과 속도가 국가 AI 경쟁력을 좌우한다고 강조하며, 정부의 'AI 고속도로'와 분산형 전력망 확충 계획을 설명했습니다.

엔비디아 젠슨 황 CEO의 방한 이후 국내 기업들의 기가와트급 데이터센터 구축 계획이 잇따르는 시점. 전력 인프라가 AI 경쟁의 핵심 승부처로 부상했음을 확인하는 자리였으며, 200명 내외의 참석자가 자리했습니다.

Circle Connection served as the general operations lead for the "2026 Chosun Ilbo AI Future Strategy Forum," held on June 15 at the International Conference Hall of the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Jung-gu, Seoul.

Held under the theme "In the AI Era, the Power Grid Is Competitiveness," the forum addressed head-on what may be Korea's most urgent national agenda right now: strengthening AI competitiveness and building out data center infrastructure.

Lee Jun-seok, leader of the Reform Party, proposed ways to improve the operational efficiency of AI data centers by leveraging Korea's geopolitical advantages. Ryu Je-myung, Second Vice Minister of Science and ICT, emphasized that the stability and speed of power supply will determine national AI competitiveness, and outlined the government's "AI Expressway" initiative and its plans to expand distributed power grids.

Following NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang's visit to Korea, domestic companies have announced one gigawatt-scale data center plan after another. The forum confirmed that power infrastructure has emerged as the decisive battleground of AI competition, and drew an audience of approximately 200 attendees who filled the hall.

エヌビディア ジェンスン・ファンCEOの訪韓以降、韓国企業によるギガワット級データセンターの構築計画が相次いでいます。電力インフラがAI競争の最大の勝負どころとして浮上したことを確認する場となり、約200名の来場者が会場を埋め尽くしました。
